We offer rooms for rent in our exclusive massage spa.

Fully furnished and designed according to requirements.

Permit for eroticism available. (will not be rented for prostitution)

Suitable for massages, bodywork, cosmetics, therapy, counseling

Included services are:

Room with massage table, futon, corner seat, size 20 m2

For customers: Checkroom, shower and toilet.

Use of the shared checkroom, shower, WC and kitchen.

Water, heating, electricity, music, W-Lan

Parking lot can be rented by the day for 10.-/day.

Monthly rent

The basic price is the rent for the 1st room incl. electricity, water, W-Lan. Without equipment 7 days a week from 11:00-20:00 with deposit 1000.- for permanent rent 1290.-

Additional fixed costs are:

10/day Cleaning checkroom, WC, shower Customers.

10/day Use of furniture, use of lunghis, towels, shower towels, bathrobes, covers, shower products, care products etc.

Use of the shared checkroom, shower, WC and kitchen.

Optional: 10.-/ day parking lot
Plus 10% rent under 3 months.
Use outside fixed times.

Daily or hourly

Single day or hourly rent with 40 percent levy of income.

If you only want the room for individual days or hours, then you only pay when you have appointments.

That means 40% of your income goes to us. So you have no risk that if there is nothing going on, you still have to pay. Local and industry-standard prices (min. 270,-/h for erotic massage and 120,- for non-erotic). This means that you have to charge prices like us or higher.
