Registration

By registering verbally, in writing or in person for a training, the participant enters into a business agreement with sensido and thereby accepts the general terms and conditions of sensido. If the participant cancels within 48 hours before the start of the training, sensido is entitled to compensation of 50% of the price of the agreed training. If the cancellation is made less than 12 hours before the agreed date or if the participant does not appear at the agreed date, the compensation is 100% of the price of the agreed training. https://www. sensuallounge.ch/preise-ausbildung/

Training/ Costs

Per module 4 lessons of 2.5 - 3h are planned. In addition, the exam is counted as lesson 5. Additional lessons are charged with 80.-Sfr. An additional exam costs 60.-

If the training is cancelled after the signing of these general terms and conditions, 50.-Sfr will be charged for the expenses. If the training is cancelled after the contract has been issued and sent, 80.-Sfr will be charged for the expenses. Cancellations made after signing the contract will be charged with 100.-Sfr. Furthermore, for cancellations at short notice, the regulation under point 1. registration applies.

Cancellations/ absences

The participant is obligated to keep the agreed appointments and to cancel them at least
24 hours before the appointment at the latest. In the case of unexcused absences and late cancellation, an expense of 60.- will be charged. The expenses for the model amount to 90.

Invoicing and payment terms

As a rule, the entire costs are owed before the start of the training and must be
and must be paid before the start of the training.
In the case of payment by installments, the transfer must be paid in each case before the start of the module.If the participant violates the specified payment terms, we are entitled to charge interest on arrears of 5% and, from the 1st reminder, an additional reminder fee of 20.-SFR to cover costs. From the 2nd reminder the reminder fee is 20.- SFR. From the 3rd and last reminder the reminder fee is 20.-Sfr. All prices and costs mentioned are exclusive VAT. The offsetting of mutual claims is excluded. Place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zurich.
